Welcome to Sean B Solutions. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for engaging our services and using our website. By accessing this site or requesting a consultation, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Sean B Solutions provides building and digital services including, but not limited to:

• Fire Safety assessments and installations
• CCTV & Surveillance system design and monitoring
• Solar & Storage integration
• Electrical Solutions and certified inspections
• Web Hosting & Maintenance
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC Services)

All services are provided with the intention of long-term reliability and safety. We reserve the right to decline a project if we believe we are not the right fit for your specific requirements.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Any work requested beyond the scope of the original quote will be subject to an additional, transparently priced change order.

3. Payment Terms

For installation projects, a deposit of 50% is typically required before materials are ordered or work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and certification. For ongoing services (such as AMC or Web Hosting), invoices are issued in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

4. Warranties

We provide a workmanship warranty on all our installations. Manufacturer warranties on equipment (cameras, panels, alarms) are passed directly to the client. We are not liable for equipment failure caused by manufacturer defects, though we will assist in facilitating warranty claims.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient work, the client agrees to:

• Provide safe, unhindered access to the site and necessary systems.
• Disclose any known hazards (asbestos, structural weaknesses) prior to work commencing.
• Ensure all necessary permissions (e.g., landlord approvals for rented properties) are secured.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled site visit or consultation, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a call-out fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sean B Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ugandan courts.
